Our foundation dates back to 1970 when Ray Collins started R.H. Collins Insurance Brokers Ltd. In 1997, Richard Ambler joined the organization having spent several years working for a major insurance company. In 2003, the company expanded with the acquisition of
Forfar Insurance Brokers Ltd. and was re-named Vision Insurance Brokers later that year.
In addition to our traditional retail personal and commercial business, we offer specially tailored group home and automobile insurance plans for several professional associations and occupations such as Professional Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers and Opticians.
We are the exclusive insurance provider for members of the Ontario Opticians Association. Our range of insurance products includes a Group Home and Automobile program, Individual Malpractice Coverage (Occurrence Form), and a customized Optician’s Store Package.
